Such an incredible experience! I reached out to Sammer and he was out the next day to step in and give a quote to finish our floors as well as add wood floors to our guest bedroom. The team was out the next week to start and did an incredible job. They were so flexible and willing to work around everything I asked. I would definitely hire again!! Look no further! I can't say enough about our positive experience with Sammer and his team. They did work in two of our bathrooms. One was a tub/shower conversion to a stand-up shower, and the other was a complete re-tile of a very old and worn out master shower. Both jobs far exceeded our expectations and we simply could not be happier with the finished product. On top of that, Sammer and his team including Diana and Ernesto were timely, professional, communicative, and incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. I never had a doubt that the job was going to get done right, on budget, and on time. We are simply thrilled with the quality and the result, and I would trust them in my home again without hesitation. Two water leaks in our home created the need for two large remodel projects - our main bathroom and new flooring throughout the rest of the house. We were referred to Sammer by a friend who had just completed a bathroom remodel of her own. We wanted to turn our dated and heavily damaged bathroom into a “spa” retreat, and that’s exactly what we got. The tile work was exceptional. Ernesto, his tile specialist, is a true artist with all the qualities you hope for: careful, meticulous, and extremely professional. The experience we had was so good, we enlisted Sammer’s help again when we had to rip out our damaged wood and ceramic tile in the rest of the house and start fresh. Again, we happily welcomed Ernesto back where he spent 3 weeks creating another masterpiece. Sammer has a great team, they’re responsive and professional.
